Mike Fear has been an integral part of the Commercial Real Estate and property development community in the Puget Sound area for the past 35 years. Vladimir Olyanich is a highly skilled real estate professional with extensive experience in business development and client relations. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2015 and has since built a strong reputation for his expertise and commitment to client success. Before joining CBC Danforth, he was the founder and Director of the International Business Development & Client Relations department at a Seattle law firm. In this capacity he supported the EB-5 program, promoting U.S. capital investment by foreign investors. Vladimir specializes in both investment and owner-user commercial real estate, providing clients with expert guidance tailored to their unique needs.
